Andrea Tapia
Andrea specializes in institutional development and provides technical assistance to civil society organizations. She has extensive experience in financial planning, resource mobilization, and developing strategies for financial sustainability.
Andrea González
Andrea is a designer and communications professional. In her design firm, Plantando Ideas, she applies design thinking, empathy, and analysis to develop creative solutions that align with her clients’ ideas and objectives.
Lourdes Herrasti
Lourdes has extensive experience in structuring development and cultural projects, as well as in creating compelling narratives on a wide array of issues. She holds a master’s degree in Anthropology and conducts research on ancient and contemporary history of Mexico.
Luis Mauricio Torres
Luis Mauricio is an economist and regulation specialist with a substantial track record in managing applied research projects, particularly in the areas of public policy, data analysis, and political risk. His expertise spans effectively communicating complex issues, monitoring public affairs, and partnering with civil society, governments, and the private sector on projects.

Densidad Neutra
Irene Barajas and Clayton Conn lead Densidad Neutra, an audiovisual production company. Their comprehensive approach encompasses the entire creative process, from the initial script and proposal to the final product, whether in still or moving images, from aerial to underwater shots. Their main focus is on documentary filmmaking, and they have worked with human rights organizations, public institutions and commercial enterprises.
Ursula Wheeler
Ursula Wheeler is a writer and editor based in Chicago. She holds an editing certificate from the University of Chicago Graham School and works as a project manager and researcher at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
